Whittier Blvd Soul Vol. 1

Real deal rare soul compiled from vinyl sources not YouTube / Blog rip offs others sell. The first three tracks "Stay With Me A Little Longer", "Don't Go Away" and "Thank You Girl" will put a big smile on your face. Other superb tracks include "Take My Hand", "Won't You Let Me Know" and "Get Me A New Love". No one presses CD's in big quantities any longer so I strongly recommend you get this one before it's gone. Visit my Instagram page to hear a song sample and get info on where to order. The latest release on the Glos Soul Oldies collection brings us another batch of fine sweet soul classics and rarities. Highlights include "You've Got That Loving Feeling" by The Soul Fantastics", "I Don't Want To Lose You" by Tami Young, "I Can't Stop" by Kenny Wells and "There Can Be Better Days" by The Fabulous Serenaders. Sound quality is a plus but fair share of repeats. A must for the sweet soul fans.

Roddie Joy

Rare find featuring all of Roddie Joy's singles. One of the upbeat tracks you can notice the anomalies associated with vinyl records but the rest is solid. "Let's Start All Over" is one of my personal favorite soul tunes. "Come Back Baby", "The La La Song", "He's So Easy To Love" all make this a must have.

Jan Bradley

I jump on this one as soon as I saw it. The sound quality was a bit disappointing, too flat. "It's Just Your Way" Was the main reason for this purchase. Did not care much for a lot of the other tracks.

Jimi Hendrix

A couple sweet soul cuts included in this release made it a must have. "She's A Fox" and "Gonna Take A Lot" are more than worth the pick up.
