A nice dig into the Cleveland soul scene features in the latest edition to the Eccentric Soul series featuring ballads that play big on the west coast barrios. Highlights include "Stand In For Love" by Pandella Kelly, "Bound" by The Ponderosa Twins, "I Was Wrong" by The Out Of Sights, "Got To Make It Right" by The Elements and "Now He's Back" by The O'Jays. Nice batch of liner notes with excellent sound quality.
